Essaouira Portrait offers horse riding experiences, photoshoots, and holiday packages. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to modify services, prices, or schedules without prior notice.
3. Booking and Payment
- A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid in cash at the end of your photoshoot or experience.
- If a client wishes to cancel a booking, the deposit is non-refundable. However, it can be applied as a credit toward a future booking on a mutually agreed date.
4. Safety and Responsibility
Horse riding involves inherent risks. Participants must follow safety instructions provided by our team. You are responsible for your health, behavior, and personal belongings. Essaouira Portrait and its staff are not liable for accidents or injuries resulting from negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.
5. Content
All images, text, logos, and designs on this website are the property of Essaouira Portrait. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited. Photos from your sessions may be used for marketing purposes with your consent.
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy.
